Today my blues are the kind that leave me smiling. Other than the fact I took a pain killer that causes drowsiness and it’s like the effects were being felt when I woke up. Nothing a cup of coffee hasn’t fixed, or at least i hope so.
Two inspirations for today, the victim mentality and allowing every new day be independent.Victim mentality. This is a mentality a lot of people suffer from, sadly, without even knowing it.It is one of those ‘diseases’ that you just get comfortable with and you can almost cannot live without. It tells you that everything bad that happens to you is as a result of other people and it is never your fault. What this does is it keeps you from taking responsibility and you end up giving up your power to other people.Other people will ultimately decide how good or bad you feel about yourself and somehow they also set the ‘how high’ you can jump mark. The victim mentality has you blaming the past for the present. You will continue living in a rut because you are not ready to do the work to get the life you want and desire and when someone asks you why not? You will always be armed with a story from your past to answer.
I know this mentality because I was it’s patient.I would always use the stuff that had happened to me as an excuse of not doing what was needed or expected. It was a bit comforting. It kept me from taking responsibility of my life because, when you have something to blame for your weaknesses, what motivation do you have to work on them?None.Until the day I had had enough and I simply chose to move out from victim-ville and it is quite liberating i must say.It is difficult having to face the consequences of decisions made but well, you live!
Every day is a new opportunity for you to live the life you dream of.It is a new chance to start over,no matter how badly you had screwed up yesterday. It is a clean slate for you to do something new and different.Yes, what we did yesterday cannot be changed but what you do about that today has a lot of weight.A new day, i feel, is God’s way of telling us ‘here’s a pen and a new page.write your story again, the way you want it to be today!’We simply need to embrace this concept and live by it and decide to be making new memories every new day.To let go of yesterday baggage and simply start a fresh.
Have a fresh day!

It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button! I’d without a doubt donate to this excellent blog! I suppose for now i’ll settle for book-marking and adding
your RSS feed to my Google account. I look forward to fresh updates and will talk about this site with my Facebook group.
May I just say what a relief to uncover an individual who truly
knows what they are talking about over the internet. You certainly
understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important.
More people need to look at this and understand this side of your story.
I was surprised that you aren’t more popular given that you certainly possess the gift.
It is perfect time to make a few plans for the longer term and it is time to be happy.
I have read this publish and if I could I wish to suggest you some interesting issues
or tips. Maybe you can write subsequent articles referring to this article.
I want to read more things approximately it!
I used to be able to find good advice from your blog articles.
Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the
images on this blog loading? I’m trying to find out if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
