though times i be stubborn

never is it intentional

so even then

never let me go

i find the strength

to face all my fears

there is a warmth so cool

a sense of belonging

that away from them

i would be lost

so never let me go

never unwrap your arms from me

for my heart

it belongs to you

and only you

the very first day
